Registration information

 
Early-bird registration is available until May 15.
Normal registration is available from May 16 to June 15.

Prices for conference presenters/attendees

a Ph.D. students/students must submit a certificate of their Ph.D. student/student status from their supervisor.

Registration fee for regular and Ph.D. student attendees includes: 

- conference kit 

- coffee breaks and lunch (July 10 and 11) 

- workshop on Verona wines with tasting with bus transfer (July 9) 

- Welcome Aperitivo (July 9) 

- Dinner with Bottle Share (July 10). This is a traditional event of the AWBR conference, where each participant brings a wine from their home region to share

Registration instructions

1) How to register to the conference

Please fill in and send us the form via Qualtrics. You can find the form at the following link:

After a few days, you will receive an e-mail from convegni@isu-services.it with all the payment details (amount and instructions on how to pay) for you and your accompanying person(s).

For the application of the early-bird rate, the date of the form submission will be considered.

 

2) How to pay the conference fee

Only after having received the e-mail from convegni@isu-services.it confirming the amount to be paid, the payment must be made via Stripe. Instructions will be provided in the e-mail.

Transfer reason (mandatory content to be written): your surname name AWBR 2024

Please consider that bank/credit card processing fees will be added by Stripe to your payment amount.

AWBR MEMBERSHIP FEE REQUIRED for conference presenters/attendees! 

 

The AWBR membership is mandatory for conference participants (not for accompanying people). In addition, members will exercise the right to vote for the association president, officers and board members during the conference. 

How to pay the AWBR membership fee 

The AWBR membership of €75 must be paid directly to the association bank account (and not to the conference secretariat). We invite you to pay the AWBR membership fee before registering to the conference.

The AWBR membership is mandatory to exercise the right to vote for the association president, officers and board members. Voting will be online, and information on how to vote will be sent by AWBR to all members soon by e-mail.

Amount: €75 (the sender must pay all charges – e.g. bank and currency costs –, the AWBR will receive the full amount of €75 without paying any charges)

Transfer reason (mandatory content to be written): your surname name – email address – AWBR 2024

Please include your surname and name as the first information in the transfer reason field since this allows AWBR secretariat to easily identify the name of the paying member, send you the receipt (without fiscal use) and provide you with any information about your right to vote online. 

Privacy policy 

The organising committee and ISU Services will protect your personal information. The personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. You will find more information on the privacy policy in the introduction of the registration form. 

 

Cancellation policy 

You may cancel with a penalty of 50% of the registration fees if written cancellation request is received up to June 10, 2024. No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after June 10, 2024.  

No liability is assumed by the organising committee and ISU Services for changes in programme or venues. 

Alert 

Conference secretariat will NOT ask for your personal information via phone (e.g., bank details, registration, accommodation, etc.). If you receive any suspicious emails or phone calls from non-official contacts, please email us.
